“ Wow! As a celiac and gluten-free person. This was amazing to have yummy gluten-free bread with delicious homemade sandwiches with fresh salad. A GF gluten-free bread can be used for any one there sandwiches. Even though it's a shared kitchen the chef and server's are aware and trained on safe allergy practices. I found while enjoy my turkey sandwich with all the toppings and their herb dressing( the owner is celiac)! I felt so safe and enjoyed a welcome lunch with my infant son and husband back from the airport. I did look this restaurant up a head of time and thank the gf reviews before myself. Fresh, flavorful dressing, ton side options also gluten-free abd menu was easy to read. p.s. the turkey I swear made in house real turkey ( not deli) so incredibly Cute and unique sandwiches shop. I can feel the hard work and pride this shop with every bite. Nice line of people pick up. Indoor tables and water for self serve. Seattle prices but value much higher than most shops and options a huge. My non celiac husband had the cubin sandwich on non gluten-free hogie roll said was so good! highly recommend! I'll be back! @fibro_nanny celiac nanny ”

“ Absolutely delicious and packed with flavor! I ordered the Spicy Turkey Dip with jalapeño au jus and a half beet salad, and I was blown away. The sandwich was perfectly grilled, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with just the right kick from the jalapeños in the dipping sauce. It was bold, savory, and comforting all at once. The beet salad was fresh and vibrant, loaded with earthy beets, fresh arugula, tangy goat cheese, and candied walnuts that added the perfect crunch. A refreshing and well-balanced side to pair with the sandwich. From presentation to flavor, everything was on point. Cozy vibes, great quality ingredients... this spot is definitely a new favorite! ”

“ What a great little place! I arrived early so pretty much had open seating. It’s nicely decorated, the staff are pleasant, they support the community through meal donations and the food is yummy. I had the hash bagel, which is basically cut potatoes, peppers, a fried egg that came slightly runny and a bagel. The only thing I can recommend is an addition to the sign in the front…it looks like the eatery should be there, but really it’s on the side of the building. ”

“ My bride found this treasure in Georgetown when looking for a lunch stop in Seattle, and what a gem! A must stop, and...make it a meal / donate a meal! What a philanthropic concept! We will be back. ”

“ So yummy and with such a great mission. The staff were super great and even made an effort to get my name right when calling my order. I had the turkey sandwich. ”
